The Crow Versus Crow Radio Show #12
...Again with the 'mono'.
Unfortunately, the Myriad system crashed whilst recording the show, so once again this podcast is in 'mono'. Hopefully this won't mar the quality of the tracks too much, and you will be able to pick out some gems from the list of tracks that you can may not have heard already and discover a new favourite band for the week!
AND, if you think of this show as the audio equivalent of an A5 b&w photocopied zine, then it gives it a certain charm...no...?
If you like any of the records you hear please support the artist by purchasing records, going to their gigs (where 'not dead' is applicable) and/or telling your friends about them.
Recorded live on Calderdale's 96.7 Phoenix FM between 6 and 8 pm on Sunday 21st August 2011.

The Crow Versus Crow Radio Show #11
Recorded live on 96.7 Phoenix FM (Calderdale) between 6 and 8pm on Sunday 7th August 2011.
Just when you think you're hitting your stride with this ray-dee-oh malarkey...
During the recording of this podcast, whilst on air, due to technical difficulties, we lost a third the tracks we intended to play, and the system crashed, meaning that this show is presented in mono rather than stereo. Hopefully, there are some audible gems buried within the technical malfunctions and presentorial ineptitude...
If you enjoy any of the tracks played here please support the artists by buying their records and going to their live shows.

PIAS Distribution Centre Destroyed in Riots
Despite opinions on the political (or, non-) motivations of the riots, the destruction of the Sony/PIAS distribution centre is a devastating blow for many solid UK independent record labels, including Rock Action, Rough Trade, Secretly Canadian/Jagjaguwar/Dead Oceans, Warp and many, many more smaller less financially 'stable' labels.
